At ReAnimator Coffee, we strive to provide the best coffee and customer experience possible. Below are the details of our return policy:

Roasted Coffee: Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns of roasted coffee. However, if there are any issues with your order, we are committed to making it right. If you receive incorrect or damaged coffee, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to replace or refund your order as applicable.

Merchandise: We accept returns of merchandise items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

How to Return Merchandise:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Please ensure the item is securely packaged and include your original receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
