Subscription Frequently Asked Questions
HOW DO I CHANGE THE FREQUENCY OF MY SUBSCRIPTION?
- Log into your customer portal.
- Select the Subscriptions tab above your subscription.
- Click Manage Subscription button.
- Click Edit Frequency
- Choose your new frequency and click confirm to save your choice.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY NEXT SHIPMENT?
- Log into your customer portal.
- Select the Next Order tab above your subscription.
- Click Manage next order button.
- In the pop up window, select from the options to manage the next order. You can use Order Now to have your next order process immediately, Skip to automatically skip the next shipment, Gift to send the next shipment to someone else, or Delivery Date to change the date of the next shipment.
- Make your selection and click confirm to save your choice.
HOW DO I SKIP MY NEXT SHIPMENT?
- Log into your customer portal.
- Select the Next Order tab above your subscription.
- Click Manage next order button.
- In the pop up window, select Skip to automatically skip the next shipment
- Click confirm changes to save your choice.
WHEN WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION SHIP?
We ship subscriptions Monday through Friday. If your next shipment processes on a Saturday or Sunday, we will ship it Monday.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
- Log into your customer portal.
- Select the Subscriptions tab above your subscription.
- Click Manage Subscription button.
- In the top menu of the pop up, scroll to the right until you see the Cancel option.
- Make your selection, and click Confirm Changes to cancel.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
- Log into your customer portal.
- Select the Subscriptions tab above your subscription.
- Click Manage Subscription button.
- In the top menu of the pop up, select the Edit Address option.
- Input your new address, and click Confirm Changes to save.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT METHOD?
- Log into your customer portal.
- Select the Subscriptions tab above your subscription.
- Click Manage Subscription button.
- In the top menu of the pop up, select the Edit Payment button.
- A secure link will be emailed to you where you can update your credit card on file.

Our single origin menu is in constant rotation through the seasons, and we work hard to ensure you'll never get the same coffee two shipments in a row.
