Brewing Shore Blend

How should I brew Shore?

Shore is at its best as iced coffee, drip. For pour over or drip, start around a 1:16 ratio (22g of coffee to 350g of water) and adjust to taste. It's roasted so the stonefruit and brown sugar notes come through without any fuss.

What does Shore taste like?

We taste stonefruit, brown sugar, melon. It's a light roast built from seasonal coffees.

How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?

Fresh. Coffee usually ships within 1 business day from our Philadelphia roastery, and subscriptions are timed so a new bag lands right as you finish the last one.

Can I pick up my order at a café?

Yes — and it's free. Choose your café at checkout instead of shipping; we run pickup orders from the roastery to every café on Thursdays. Subscriptions work the same way — every renewal can be a café pickup.
